Description:

A technical writer and instructional designer is required for a telecommunications support software system. This includes a help system, getting started guide, user documentation, possible web- and CBT-related materials, and instructor-led training materials.

Requires a customer-focused self-starting writer with excellent skills and a knowledge of a broad range of tools, with the possibility to work on web-based and CBT materials. Looking for an individual that enjoys taking on new responsibilities as customer needs change.
