Excellent writers (3 total) needed to design and develop end user material for telecommunications products, installation and administration documents, and some instructional materials. Create/update overview and user documentation. Customer-focused self-starter. Knowledge of FrameMaker required. Some planning and coordination with customers. One of the positions is for a project leader.
