In Business Since 1986

Mendem Concord was incorporated in New Jersey in 1986 as a supplier of contract technical writers. The two founders, David B. Demyan and Wayne D. Menke, each had many years’ experience in that discipline when they joined forces. Today, the owners have a combined forty-plus years’ experience. Both owners have remained active in the fast-developing field of technical communications and have remained current on new technologies.

In 1999, Mendem Concord expanded by naming affiliates in the Washington, DC area and Florida.

Mendem Concord has expanded services to meet the growing needs of our clients. We now provide professional services for telecommunications, banking, energy, pharmaceutical, computing and software, and manufacturing clients. Our temporary work force expands and contracts as necessary to meet client needs.

In the year 2000, we became a Certified DynaHELP Partner with eHelp Corporation of La Jolla, California. This product provides our customers with an enterprise-wide help and support solution that can significantly enhance commerce web site usability as well as reducing support costs.
